Bai Shao (白芍) – White Peony Root – nourishes blood, calms pain
Chuan Xiong (川芎) – Szechuan Lovage Rhizome – moves blood, alleviates pain
Gan Cao (甘草) – Licorice Root – harmonizes
Preparation:
Steep in 500ml hot water for 15-30 min.
For herbs in the form of seeds or roots, extend the steeping time as needed.
The same tea bag can typically be used twice.
Dosage:
Drink 2-3 times daily during symptoms, 2-3 hour interval
