He earned his bachelor's degree in TCM medicine from Nanjing University of TCM in China. Practitioner Chia's expertise spans a wide spectrum of skin conditions, including urticaria and eczema. Practitioner Choong worked in the Specialty Disease Group at Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution (Yi Shun Branch) (Cancer & Tumour).
