Herbal Ingredients:
Chuan Xiong (川芎) – Szechuan Lovage Rhizome – moves blood, alleviates headache
Bai Zhi (白芷) – Angelica Dahurica Root – expels wind, stops pain
Bo He (薄荷) – Field Mint – clears heat, soothes head
Ju Hua (菊花) – Chrysanthemum Flower – clears liver, relieves headache
Preparation:
Steep in 500ml hot water for 15-30 min.
For herbs in the form of seeds or roots, extend the steeping time as needed.
The same tea bag can typically be used twice.
Dosage:
Drink 2-3 times daily during symptoms, 2-3 hour interval
