Practitioner Choong received her diploma from Singapore TCM College (Grad Dip in TCM & Acupuncture).

Practitioner Choong worked in the Specialty Disease Group at Singapore Chung Hwa Medical Institution (Yi Shun Branch) (Cancer & Tumour). Since graduating, she has been actively participating in the Continuing TCM Education (CTE) program to further strengthen her TCM skills and knowledge. TCM therapeutic massage for newborns and toddlers is one of her specialties.
