Herbal Ingredients:

Fu Ling (茯苓) – Poria Mushroom – drains damp, strengthens spleen    – 利湿，健脾
Ze Xie (泽泻) – Alisma Rhizome – promotes urination    – 利尿
Yi Yi Ren (薏苡仁) – Coix Seed (Job’s Tears) – strengthens spleen, clears damp    – 健脾，祛湿
Shan Yao (山药) – Chinese Yam – supports kidney function    – 益肾

Preparation:

Steep in 500ml hot water for 15-30 min.

For herbs in the form of seeds or roots, extend the steeping time as needed.
The same tea bag can typically be used twice.
