Herbal Ingredients:

Pang Da Hai (胖大海) – Sterculia Seed – clears throat, moistens lungs    – 清咽，润肺
Gan Cao (甘草) – Licorice Root – soothes throat    – 舒缓咽喉
Lu Gen (芦根) – Reed Rhizome  – clears heat, generates fluids    – 清热，生津
Niu Bang Zi (牛蒡子) – Burdock Fruit – relieves sore throat    – 缓解喉痛

Preparation:

Steep in 500ml hot water for 15-30 min.

For herbs in the form of seeds or roots, extend the steeping time as needed.
The same tea bag can typically be used twice.
