Herbal Ingredients:
Chai Hu – Bupleurum Root – soothes liver
Bai Shao – White Peony Root – nourishes liver, alleviates pain
Zhi Ke – Bitter Orange (immature peel) – moves qi, reduces tension
Gan Cao – Licorice Root – harmonizes
Preparation:
Steep in 500ml hot water for 15-30 min.
For herbs in the form of seeds or roots, extend the steeping time as needed.
The same tea bag can typically be used twice.
Dosage:
Drink 2-3 times daily during symptoms, 2-3 hour interval
