Herbal Ingredients:
Chuan Xiong (川芎) – Szechuan Lovage Rhizome – moves blood, alleviates headache – 活血,缓解头痛
Bai Zhi (白芷) – Angelica Dahurica Root – expels wind, stops pain – 祛风,止痛
Bo He (薄荷) – Field Mint – clears heat, soothes head – 清热,舒头
Ju Hua (菊花) – Chrysanthemum Flower – clears liver, relieves headache – 清肝,缓解头痛
Preparation:
Steep in 500ml hot water for 15-30 min.
For herbs in the form of seeds or roots, extend the steeping time as needed.
