Herbal Ingredients:

Huang Qi (黄芪) – Astragalus Root  – boosts immunity, strengthens qi    – 提高免疫力，补气
Fang Feng (防风) – Siler Root – expels wind, supports defence – 祛风，扶正
Bai Zhu (白术) – White Atractylodes Rhizome – strengthens spleen, supports qi    – 健脾，益气
Gan Cao (甘草) – Licorice Root – harmonizes, supports immunity    – 调和，增强免疫

Preparation:

Steep in 500ml hot water for 15-30 min.

For herbs in the form of seeds or roots, extend the steeping time as needed.
The same tea bag can typically be used twice.
